Mastiff announced today that it has shipped Nippon Ichi Software's latest tactical role-playing game to come to America, La Pucelle: Tactics. Available exclusively for the PlayStation 2, La Pucelle: Tactics tells the tale of a wise cracking sixteen year old girl who just passed her exorcism exams in La Pucelle, a demon hunting squad. The game is set in an alternate version of medieval Europe, where monsters and demons are as real as the waxing and the waning of the moon. The game offers a light-hearted storyline and the same kind of tactical role-playing game flavor as Nippon Ichi Software's other game Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. Look for the game in stores everywhere beginning today. And on a related note - if you missed it - Atlus announced that it will bring the spiritual successor to Disgaea, Phantom Brave to North America in the latter half of this year. The game will be on display at E3.
